Bristol Rovers boss Paul Trollope is waiting on the fitness of three midfielders as he looks towards the Pirates next home game against Brentford on Saturday. Winger Jeff Hughes and central midfielder Chris Lines join Wayne Brown on the injury list following last weekend's 1-1 draw at Oldham. Trollope told the Bristol Evening Post: "Jeff and Chris both took quite heavy knocks to their ankles, so we will have to take care of them over the next few days." However Trollope is optimistic Brown can recover from the twisted ankle that kept him out of the Boundary Park clash in time to face the Bees. He added: "Wayne has made decent progress over the weekend and we hope that he is going to be fit, although we are not sure yet. "We hope he will be able to join in training with the rest of the group on Thursday or Friday and be available for Saturday."
