The Pirates have not played in the league since their 6-2 thrashing at Sheffield Wednesday three weeks ago.
They occupy the last relegation berth and a trip to promotion contenders MK will provide a tough test for Darren Patterson's men.
The caretaker manager - who has no injury worries - says his team have made the most of four successive postponements.
"We have also used the time to get as many points as we can," Patterson told the Bristol Evening Post.
"We have done a lot of tactical work on the drawing board and now we just want the chance to get out on the grass and put it into practice."
