Defender Bolger missed Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Leyton Orient through suspension, while midfielder Lines has missed the last two games due to a bruised toe.
Bolger is expected to go straight back into the starting line-up, although manager Dave Penney has the alternative option of switching Byron Anthony to centre-half and drafting Carl Regan into the right-back position.
Midfielder Stuart Campbell has missed the last four games and remains sidelined with a hamstring injury and David McCracken is still struggling with a similar problem.
Rovers have slipped to the bottom of the table after losing their last five league games, conceding 19 goals in the process.
