Bristol Rovers manager Paul Trollope has no new injury concerns ahead of the visit of Tranmere. Trollope is likely to keep an unchanged team to the one that defeated Notts County 2-1 at the weekend. Gary Sawyer returned against County after serving his suspension and will keep his place at left-back while versatile defender Byron Anthony will keep his spot in the Pirates backline. Wayne Brown is pushing for a start in the midfield after coming on as a substitute against County at the weekend while John Akinde is likely to start despite suffering with a cold. Will Hoskins suffered a knock in Saturday's second half but will be fit for the visit of struggling Tranmere and is likely to play in his more favoured position up front rather than on the wing.
