Bristol Rovers may have to choose between Byron Anthony and Steve Elliott in defence as Pat Baldwin's move from Colchester has been delayed.
Striker Darryl Duffy is pushing for a return to the starting line-up.
Bristol Rovers manager Paul Trollope told BBC Points West:
Trollope targets away success
"We've looked carefully how we did things early on as I think we had the best away form in the league for the first four to six games.
"Hopefully the break will mean there will be a freshness about us and if we can put the strategies in place there's no reason we can't go there and get all three points.
"Leyton Orient obviously aren't happy with the position they find themselves in and we'll be looking to go there and take advantage of it."
