Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Mike Green is expecting a return to the substitutes bench for Saturday's game with Brentford. The 21-year-old impressed in his Football League debut at Oldham last weekend, where Rovers emerged with a creditable 1-1 draw and he earned plaudits from manager Paul Trollope. But Green was also between the posts for Tuesday's reserve friendly with Wycombe and he expects Denmark's Mikkel Andersen to resume the number one role upon his return from international duty. "With me playing for the reserves, I'm sure Mikkel is going to be back on Saturday," Green told the Evening Post. "I'm the number two, so it's only to be expected now he is back from international duty. "I will carry on working hard and if my chance comes again I'll try and take it."
