MK Dons could hand on-loan defender Keanu Marsh-Brown his professional debut following his transfer deadline day switch from Fulham.However, keeper Willy Gueret and midfielder Mark Carrington have played their last games for the Dons after being allowed to join other clubs.
Bristol Rovers could hand debuts to new midfielders Gavin Williams and Jean-Paul Kalala.
Rovers are looking to bounce back from Saturday's 6-1 defeat at Walsall.
MK Dons manager Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio: "It's amazing how positive the players are, it's full steam ahead.
"It's going to be a very exciting end to the season, if it isn't exciting I'll be disappointed because I'll start questioning people's mentality.
"I'm fortunate I've got good characters who want to get into the play-offs and want to get out of this league."
